SMART BALANCE - WEIGHT MANAGEMENT & NUTRITION CLASSES -
Don’t let those “quick and easy, no-fail” diets fool you - get with a program
that really works that will give you lasting results.
Smart balance
is a comprehensive program taught by one of Mile Bluff’s registered dietitians.
It emphasizes a balanced lifestyle for long-term success. The small group
setting and optional weigh-ins give you support to help you achieve your
personal goals. The sessions offer practical tips for healthy eating, exercise,
dining out and more.
Cost:
$67 for seven one-hour sessions meeting once a week for the first four weeks,
then every other Tuesday for the remaining three classes.

SMOKING CESSATION CLASSES &
COUNSELING
One-on-one
Counseling Sessions set up weekly for four weeks to help you stop smoking.
Cost is $28.oo per session. This is now covered by Medicare Part B.
Group Cessation
Classes meet one hour a week for four weeks. Classes are offered in
February, May, August, and November and by special arrangement for groups of 5
or more. Cost is $25.00 per person.
