**Registered Nurse, part time position available in our Home Health department to work approximately 16-20 hours per pay period covering the Necedah/Adams area.  Minimum of 2 years medical/surgical experience preferred, home health experience a plus.

**Recreation Services Assistant, part time position available at Fair View Nursing Home.  Duties include leading group activities, one to one visiting with residents, and working with residents with dementia.
