“Keeping Parenting Fun” presented at St. Pat’s in Mauston

As a parent, you have to deal with many tough situations.  If you wish there was someone who could help answer the difficult questions you have about your child or teenager, come to St. Pat’s in Mauston Saturday, March 20.  Mile Bluff’s marriage and family therapist Paul Gasser will present, “Keeping Parenting Fun.”

The event will run from 9 am to 2 pm, and is designed to help you find Christ-based solutions for dealing with some of the issues you face raising your child.  This lighthearted day of learning is filled with practical ideas for you to use with your children, and will help you feel more in control when dealing with the ever-changing challenges of Christian parenting.

The workshop is brought to you by Mile Bluff Medical Center and the Ministerial Association, and 4.0 CEU credits will be available for daycare providers.  The presentation, materials, refreshments, lunch and childcare will be provided at no cost.  Call Mauston’s United Methodist Church at 608-847-5964 for information and to reserve your spot.  Registration is preferred.

About the presenter:  Paul a therapist for Mile Bluff Medical Center in Mauston, an instructor for the University of Wisconsin - Platteville, and a presenter for the Love and Logic Institute.  His experience with children and their families comes as a result of working for nearly 30 years as a therapist and educator, both in the United States and Russia.  Paul is a former principal and classroom teacher, and the father of four children.
